If anything is damaged at the time of delivery due to shipping or anything defective(it needs to be noted at time of delivery), the manufacture will send you a new one or fix the reminding one if the issue is small. It has to be noted at the time of delivery.
We do not accept returns and orders cannot be canceled after the item/items been shipped (all custom/oversized mattresses and bed frames orders are not refundable) . If rejected or do not accept the item that is not damaged at time of delivery, there is a fee listed below.
